Undertake building insurance valuations to ensure the correct level of insurance is maintained.
Advise both the Building Owner and Adjoining Owner on matters impacted by the Party Wall etc Act 1996. We can undertake the statutory appointment under the Act in relation to the matters arising.
License for Alterations
Providing technical advice for landlords in relation to approving tenant’s alterations.

Provide technical specifications and schedules of works for all types of projects to conform to statutory requirements from refurbishment of multi occupational common parts to external restoration and remedial works.
Provide small to medium scale spatial design & refurbishment advice from sketch design to detailed AutoCAD drawings from commercial refurbishments through to residential loft and extensions.
Provide clear advice of the appropriate contract and procurement strategy then prepare and administer the contract.
